1) I can't find the Download Button! Where is it?

Look for the download button on the home page. See the install instructions Step 1 here for more information. If the button is still not being displayed.. See #2

Please Read the instructions below to enable Java Script

Internet Explorer 6 and 7

Select Tools | Internet Options… menu item from the main menu.

Change to the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.

From the list of zones at the top of the Security options select the internet icon.

Select the button near the bottom that reads Custom Level.

In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads Active Scripting.

Select the option marked Enable.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and 2.0

Select Tools | Options... from the main menu.

Select Content button from the top row of options.

Select "Enable JavaScript." (You do not need to enable Java, but it is OK if you do.)

3) Using FireFox? Please Temporarily disable Adblock.

If you are using Firefox you may have Adblock installed (a stop sign on the top of your browser with "ABP" or "adblock" near the bottom). You must disable this to download Google Pack. To the right of the stop sign there is an arrow. Click it and select disable adblock to temporary disable.
In addition, any advertisement blocker may interfere with the button being displayed. Please disable these products temporarily to allow the download button to be displayed.

4) Google Pack and Norton download policies

According to Google's policies, Google pack with free Norton Antivirus and Spyware Doctor are only available for download in the following countries listed below. We apologize for any problems that result from this policy. If your country is not on the list, you will have an opportunity to download Fire Fox with Google Toolbar instead. This software will still help your windows computer remain more secure. We encourage you to also investigate this option.
