Internet Explorer 6 and 7

• Select Tools | Internet Options… menu item from the main menu.
• Change to the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window that pops up.
• From the list of zones at the top of the Security options select the internet icon.
• Select the button near the bottom that reads Custom Level.
  

• In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads
  Active Scripting.

• Select the option marked Enable.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 and 2.0

• Select Tools | Options… from the main menu.
• Select Content button from the top row of options.
• Select "Enable JavaScript." (You do not need to enable Java, but it is OK if you do.)

• 3) Using FireFox? Please Temporarily disable Adblock.
• If you are using Firefox you may have Adblock installed (a stop sign on the top of your browser with "ABP" or "adblock" near the bottom).  You must disable this to download Google Pack. To the right of the stop sign there is an arrow. Click it and select disable adblock to temporary disable. 
• In addition, any advertisement blocker may interfere with the button being displayed. Please disable these products temporarily to allow the download button to be displayed.

4) Google Pack and Norton download policies

According to Google's policies, Google pack with free Norton Antivirus and Spyware Doctor are only available for download in the following countries listed below. We apologize for any problems that result from this policy. If your country is not on the list, you will have an opportunity to download Fire Fox with Google Toolbar instead. This software will still help your windows computer remain more secure. We encourage you to also investigate this option.

• 5) Google Products already installed on your computer
• You may already have Google Products installed on your computer. As a result,  you cannot be eligible for the download. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• If you still cannot download Google Pack. Get other antivirus below.

6) More Google Pack Information

We have introduced a new downloading system for Google Pack and Norton Security Scan. What it does is it automatically downloads the file and/or redirects one to the final download site. From user logs, we have noticed that some people have been confused to how does this work. Therefore, we added a link that allows for the direct download of either software if one gets stuck.

The next improvement is the new download page just after the Download Here – Free Button. We have made new download buttons that allow one to choose what software to download. Also note that the facebook like button and the +1 button are available. We encourage you to use those if you like the software. Also, if you have a good eye, there is the twitter counter button at the very end of the page. We have about 3,000 twitter followers, so we encourage you to follow our feed.

Another issue that some users may run into is on the google pack page. If JavaScript is disable, the entire page may actually be blank. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is an easy fix and can be fixed via step two on this page. If JavaScript is not detected, instructions will automatically pop-up to help one fix the issue on either Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Also, even though we stated that certain countries can get Google Pack, it appears this has been lifted for now. Now everyone can enjoy the benefits of Google Pack. There is also more security software to choose from than before. Also other Google Programs are now much more capable and significantly improve productivity. Note, Google Chrome which is really the fastest browser that I have used. In fact, it is the only browser that can render huge lines of text without crashing. How huge, well about 1 megabyte in size!
